01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PME Consulting EU platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our platform is designed as a specialized carrier for German Language Training and European Career Preparation. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

02 Enrollment and Fee Structure

Students may enroll in our curriculum via three distinct tiers: **Basic, Standard, and Premium**. Payments are one-time registration fees that provide access to specific LMS modules, video lessons, and native instructor sessions as described in the course catalog.

• Enrollment fees are non-refundable once course materials have been accessed.
• Access to advanced levels (A1-C1) is contingent upon successful completion of prerequisite modules or placement tests.
• PME Consulting EU reserves the right to adjust tuition and fee structures with prior notice.

03 Intellectual Property

All content provided on this platform, including but not limited to **DIY Prep Guides**, proprietary video scenarios, European work-environment checklists, and German vocabulary banks, are the exclusive intellectual property of PME Consulting EU. Unauthorized distribution, copying, or public screening of these materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

04 European Career Preparation Disclaimer

PME Consulting EU provides training and preparatory resources to maximize a student's success in European job placements. However, we do not guarantee employment or specific salary levels. Completion of any language program (A1-C1) is a preparatory step toward professional certification and does not bypass official licensing requirements in European jurisdictions.
